Reporting Bugs

If you want to report a bug, or propose a change to the core code or content, you can use the 'New Ticket' menu item to do so. Often it actually makes more sense in the first instance to post a message to the TiddlyWikiDev group because it's so much easier to handle any discussion that's needed to clarify or diagnose the bug.

Whatever means you're using to give a bug report, the process works best if they:

• are as precise as possible
• give all the information that's needed to understand and reproduce the problem (see also [SeverityAndPriority])
• are written in neutral language that's easy for people to understand even if English isn't their first language
• contain contact information for further enquiries (in the case of Trac, make sure that you login)
