TiddlyWiki.org

Is this the place for TiddlyWiki documentation?

Trac has a very capable Wiki implementation that we're intending to use to document the components of TiddlyWikiDotOrg?, like Subversion, Cook and Ginsu. We're not intending to use it for general documentation about TiddlyWiki itself.

Why's Ginsu called Ginsu?

It might have been called "Slicer" - Ginsu is a brand of kitchen knife in the USA, with some memorable television advertisements

How can I change an incorrect commit message

If you've got admin mojo, you can do this:

svnadmin --bypass-hooks setlog /home/tiddlywiki/svn/repos/tiddlywiki/ -r <revision number> <filename of message file>
trac-admin /home/tiddlywiki/trac/tiddlywiki resync

Any other questions?

Q: What about script file:\\ security? Running TiddlyWiki under firefox on Suse 10, I'm prompted to deny or allow scripts from "file://" to run or install software on my PC. This is a constant bother. There is an option to remember this decision, but I'd feel better if I knew I was only granting scripts in the TiddlyWiki file to run, rather than any and all file:// scripts. In this age of rootkits and trojans, better safe than sorry?
