Three things:

1. What is the difference in setup and function of an extension_type and a serializer?

2. In cdent's experimental atom serializer, the config points to the 'atom.atom' and 'atom.htmlatom' serializers; in TiddlyWeb core, the config points to 'wiki', 'text', etc. serializers - is there something here about a 'plugin.serializer' name format?

3. What functions need to be included in a serializer for it to function correctly?
