convert JSSpec unit tests to QUnit

Reported by: FND Owned by: JeremyRuston

Severity: low Keywords:

Description

QUnit, in contrast to  JSSpec, provides support for asynchronous testing, and will thus be used for future TiddlyWiki core testing.

Therefore, the existing JSSpec unit tests should be converted to QUnit.

In the process, the directory hierarchy should be reorganized (using a directory called "test" as per convention).
