[TiddlyWeb] probably makes sense to include lister plugin in the default distribution

In  http://svn.tiddlywiki.org/Trunk/contributors/ChrisDent/experimental/tiddlyweb-plugins/manager-lister/ there is a simple plugin called lister which adds lrecipes, lbags and ltiddlers to the twanager tool. This is probably useful for just about anyone so perhaps should go in the default distribution?
