[TiddlyWeb] the twanager cherrypy servers on peermore die without error

Description

The specific problem here is that whatever is causing the death of the peermore servers is preventing the error from being logged, which means that we have no idea what's going wrong. And STDERR is not really available to us. Not really sure where it is!

So the fix is not just to fix the die-ing but also to fix the lack of message.

starting them with nohup seems to fix it
