shadow tiddlers: convert WikiWords to PrettyLinks

Links within shadow tiddlers should be explicit (i.e. [[PrettyLinks]]) rather than implicit (i.e. WikiWords).

Apart from reducing dependencies, this will also simplify translation efforts.

There is an incorrect trailing space in the SiteTitle? link in the GettingStarted shadow tiddler: 

* [[SiteTitle ]] & [[SiteSubtitle]] ...

as a result,

  • SiteTitle? link text is not bold
  • mouseover tooltip doesn't show shadow description text
  • opens a non-existing tiddler instead of the intended shadow tiddler
