Using tag 'watch' kills <<allTags>>

Description

(Version is actually 2.2.6 according to <<version>>) New download of empty.html as of one hour before this post.

Steps to repeat:
- Download fresh copy of empty.html
- Add a tiddler with tag 'watch'
- Check 'Tags' section at right
"Error in macro <<allTags>>"
- Change new tiddler's tag to 'watching'
Tag 'watching' is displayed in list

Happens in both Firefox and Safari.
