Description
As discussed here, it would be helpful to have an optional PageTitle? shadow tiddler to define the contents of the browser's title bar (which is currently composed of SiteTitle? + SiteSubtitle?).
This enhancement is very lightweight; Eric has written a core tweak for this, which - when integrated into the core - would probably only take one or two lines of code.
