Description

As discussed  here, TiddlyWiki's self-saving capabilities (e.g. getLocalPath) should be refactored to provide a generic extension to $.twFile.

Fixed in changeset:10067 by introducing convertUriToLocalPath - cf.  http://jquery.tiddlywiki.org/twFile.html.
