tiddlyweb "logout" feature

When navigating a tiddlyweb structure, the web pages helpfully show the current user. It would be nice to include a "logout" link.

(I realise it's challenger-specific; maybe the challenger needs a way to specify an optional logout link if there's no such generic concept.)

For the rest of it, it is possible to override the foot that includes the user information by doing monkey-patching from a plugin.
