ccTiddly - importing without the forward slash

When a forward slash is left off a URI ccTiddly automatically adds the forward slash with a 301 redirect.

If a user attempts to import without the final forward slash the import fails because the proxy cannot handle 301 redirects.

For some reason this is also failing when users do not include the final forward slash.
